This incentive program focuses on resources to reduce slum and blight through the development of employment opportunities and diverse retail, industrial and commercial economies in Palmetto.
If you’re a resident of Palmetto, this program helps to eliminate slum and blight in the Area by rehabilitating affordable homeowner-occupied housing.
This incentive is designed for use by developers seeking tax incentives for projects in excess of $20M.
