Obtain a Garage Sale Permit?

All residents who would like to have a garage sale need to apply for and receive a Garage Sale Permit, at no cost, from City Hall. Garage sales must not exceed 72 consecutive hours and are prohibited Mondays through Thursdays. As always, a garage sale may not be conducted more often than once every 6 months from the same location. Make sure to include your Permit number on all signage you display for your sale. The city does not allow signage on City property, utility poles, or public right-of-ways. Please make sure to remove all signs at the end of your garage sale.
