Utility Payments

City of Palmetto Residents have several options for paying their utility bills:

On-Line via the Internet

Enroll in our On-Line Enrollment Payment Service . This easy enrollment process allows you to establish a recurring payment each month for your bill using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover or your checking or savings account. You can view your account summary, payment history and set up automatic payments. Use this link for On-Line Payment Enrollment.

Should you choose not to enroll and schedule monthly recurring payments, you may make a one-time payment using your Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover or your checking or savings account through our convenient O On-Line One Time Pay Bill Pay Service . Please be sure to have your most recent City of Palmetto utility bill and bank account or credit card available for either of the services mentioned above. There is a $2.00 fee for any payments made through either of these services.

Automatic Funds Transfer (ATF)

Save yourself the cost of a stamp by paying through the Automatic Funds Transfer program. Just fill out and mail in the Automatic Funds Transfer (AFT) form.

You may pay by mail, drop box, or in the lobby at Palmetto City Hall:

The deposit box is located on the South side of the building and can be used 24 hrs
