The printed agenda will be followed in the conduct of the City's business.

Any citizen may appear before the City Commissioners at the scheduled PUBLIC HEARING to comment on the specific agenda item being considered. No prior scheduling is necessary.

Time is set aside for any citizen to address the City Commission on matters within Commissioners jurisdiction during CITIZEN COMMENTS.  No prior scheduling is necessary; however, persons desiring to participate in CITIZEN COMMENTS are requested to sign their names, address and subject to be discussed on the SIGN IN SHEET located in the rear of City Commission Chambers. Time allotted per person to speak is two minutes unless
extended by a majority vote of the City Commissioners.

Members of the audience who address the City Commissioners should step up to the speaker's lectern and give his/her full name, address, and whom he/she represents.  Proper decorum shall be maintained at all times.
